The front desk staff was beyond amazing - they helped us with bus tickets and gave precise instructions on which bus to take and where to get on and off. They even helped us fix a train ticket mistake I made. The breakfast was delicious and the room was comfy with lots of lights and outlets. Great value and the perfect place to stay when exploring the area. We've stayed here multiple times and will definitely be back. The location is EXCELLENT, with a bus stop just a short walk away, and free parking for those with cars. There's even a fantastic local pizzeria nearby that's open late. Highly recommend for a short visit to explore the nearby attractions. The hotel is conveniently located right off the expressway and provides free on-site parking. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, with the added bonus of coffee and tea in the room. The bus stop to Venice is just a 5-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to access the city in just 15 minutes. There's also a fantastic shopping mall just a 5-minute drive away.

Huge bright and modern room. Double glazed windows makes for a silent nights sleep and the room was always very clean. Reception staff were helpful and happy to give directions and advice. Shuttle bus booked through the hotel was very clean and comfortable and on time. Close to the bus stop to go in to Venice.

There was no fridge in the room and there was no tourist pamphlets or maps. The restaurant service was not good, perhaps they had not long opened as nobody seemed to know much. The food at the buffet breakfast was cold.

Great location for visiting nearby attractions, such as Venice. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the bus stop and highway, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit, equipped with modern amenities. The sound insulation is excellent, providing a peaceful and quiet stay. the friendly staff is always ready to assist guests with information and recommendations.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of room service, especially for guests arriving late at night and in need of a simple meal. Another downside is the limited selection of complimentary beverages in the room, with additional charges for extras.

I recently had a great stay at Hotel Mercure in Marghera. I wanted to escape the expensive and crowded Venice, so this hotel was the perfect choice. It's conveniently located near a bus stop that takes you directly to Venice in just 10 minutes. The hotel offers a good breakfast in a spacious room with a nice bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful in providing directions and recommendations for local restaurants enjoyed by the locals. I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Venice without the hassle and expense.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the busstation to venice. We asked for interconnected rooms since we were traveling with 3 children. The rooms were well isolated against noise (coming from the other room and also from outside). The rooms were big and very clean with private bathroom with bath, central airconditioning with in each room a thermostate. Great beds and helpful staff.

We had a bit of a problem finding the hotel with the gps but after we called the hotel we got the name of the road (next to the road which is publiced as their address). Breakfast was ok.

We loved the big bathroom and workspace, the in-room tea/coffee facilities, and multiple TV channels in our twin room, plus the delicious hot breakfast with a variety of options.
